Speaker Spotlight: Regina Lynne (aka Urban Bush Queen)

Regina Lynne aka Urban Bush Queen is a Womxn with many crowns: including Artivist, Ecofeminist, Healing Justice Facilitator, Ceremonialist, and Spiritual Alchemist; interweaving her passions and knowledge to create space for deep authentic healing and spiritual transformation.

“I believe that self care should be at the root of all women’s lives. In response to systemic oppression, female specific trauma, and the multigenerational effects of patriarchy women’s healing can be a powerful form of resistance and liberation movement. As women we serve the “world” in a multitude of capacities therefore it is not uncommon for us as caretakers to discount our needs when in service to others. This work empowers women to activate their intuitive body wisdom, allowing them to source their own healing creating opportunities for the transformation of limiting belief systems, outdated patterns and stories, ancestral trauma, etc. so they can step into their life purpose and live in the highest expression of their authentic selves.”

Regina Lynne brings a wide breadth of knowledge to her work. She holds an M.A. in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Women’s Spirituality and a program emphasis on Ecofeminism and The Sacred Arts from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Regina also holds a certification in Crystal Therapy & Energetics from the Crystal Academy of Kauai, Hawaii. She has over 20 years of experience priestessing women’s healing spaces as a workshop facilitator, ritualist, and multi traditioned Ceremonialist.

About Regina’s Work

There are three main modalities in which Regina Lynne shares her wisdom, with each offering, intersecting and informing the others:

1) MotherLine retreats that focus on intergenerational healing with a matrilineal focus

2) A private practice where she provides  a variety of crystal/somatic healing sessions

3) Designing/ Manufacturing gemstone jewelry that highlights the therapeutic aspect of each creation

Regina Lynne’s most robust offering is centered on intergenerational healing:  The MotherLine: From Restorative Inquiry to Embodied Practice. The MotherLine acknowledges that the maternal ancestral lineage is rich with wisdom, compassion, and resilience.  MotherLine work lives at the crossroads of ancestor reverence, women’s healing, permaculture, social justice and earth-based spiritualities. This work looks at the psycho spiritual legacies of our genealogies, using a combination of restorative inquiry, somatics, and crystal therapies.  It’s an innovative technology that addresses ancestral healing on the cellular level while working to integrate and balance the whole person. This work activates ones “intuitive body wisdom” and soul creativity empowering one to source their own healing.
